Layers of biscuits, mascarpone & blueberries, infused with Amaretto – this delicious Italian dessert is so simple to whip together. Make it in advance & leave it in the fridge for a few hours, this allows the flavours time to mingle, creating the perfect “pick me up” dessert – it’s indulgent, luscious & luxurious!  My recipe makes 4 individual desserts (I use whisky tumblers), or you can make one large dessert in an elegant glass bowl.
